This is a very simple Aion leveling guide for the Asmodian, all I’m going to cover is level 1 to 10. This guide is going to be very detail and cover all the quests/campaign quests, this isn’t the fastest way to reach level 10, the fastest way that I know of to reach level 10 is actually just grinding.
Grinding isn’t for everyone, and you’ll miss a lot of quest, and especially campaign quest which is required to be completed in order for you to unlock your Fenris quests at level 50. Also if you’re new to Aion or MMORPG in general take it slow you’re not racing anyone, the point is to have fun… so follow this guide.

Aion Leveling Guide – Getting Started:
Once you have chosen your race and created your character, you’ll enter the world of Aion. Take some time to get a good handle of the game and it’s interface, for veteran player who are familiar with mmorpgs, playing Aion should be a breeze for you, as it is very similar to many other MMORPGs. For those who are just starting out it’s a good idea to learn how to navigate your way around the world and getting to know how to use your skills and toolbars. I know I usually skip the turutial videos, but they are really good and useful for the new players, so I suggest you use them.
Part 1: Aldelle Hill & Aldelle Village
Warning: Before you start reading this guide, once you reach level 9 STOP what you`re doing and skip everything and begin reading Part 5 of this guide.
As you load up your character and enter the world of Aion, you’ll find yourself in an open plain called “Aldelle Hill”. Before you start to move around, you’ll see an NPC name “Asak” with a quest arrow above his head in front of you, he’ll give you the quest “On Your Feet!” which requires you to find and speak to Vandar. Once you have accepted the quest head north and you’ll find Vandar.
Once you find Vandar speak to him and receive your rewards, and right after you receive your rewards, Vandar will hand you a new quest call “A Bloody Task”, accept the quest and go to nearby him and hunt 4 Sprigg Workers, they are very easy shouldn’t be a problem. After you have successfully hunted 4 Sprigg Workers head back to Vandar and accept your rewards. Vandar will now give you another quest “The Sprigg Report”, which requires you to deliver a report to Guheitun, head further north along the road and you’ll see a campsite with NPCs, one of them is Guheitun, speak to him and complete your quest.
Right beside Guheitun, you’ll see Vanar he has a quest arrow above him, speak to him and he’ll hand you the quest “Meeting the Fruit Quota”, accept the quest and go find 4 Fruit Baskets. Fruit baskets are located in the Sprigg habitats, there are many habitats in the Aldella Plains.
Once you have gathered 4 fruit basket head back to Vanar to receive your rewards. He’ll then hand you a new quest “Report to Sparkle and Shine “, basically Vanar wants you to get 3 Glowing Sphere from Hill Sparkies, so go and hunt some Hill Sparkies and get 3 sphere. Return to Vanar once you have all 3 sphere, turn them in, and he will give you your rewards. Now Vanar has his final quest for you “Vanar’s Flattery”, it requires you to deliver the fruits to Tobu in Aldella village.
Tip: While you questing in the Adella Plain area you’ll see some plants call Azpha, now you don’t have to but it is a good idea to gather 10 of them, as they are required for a quest later in the village.
At this point you should be level 3, if you’re not level 3 yet don’t worry about it head to Adella village anyway. Upon entering the village you’ll be automatically give 2 new quest one of which is your first Campaign quest ” Order of the Captain” and all you have to do is speak to Ulgorn near the church in the village. The other quest is called “A New Skill”, to complete this quest you must find you’ll class trainer, the village is pretty small so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding him/her.
Part 2: Lake Tunapre & Munihele Forest
Tip: Remember you can soul bind, in order to soul bind find a big half bird, half human look stone that glows green and double click it. Once you’re soul bind to a particular area, upon death you return to your bind spot.
Before you leave Akarious village there are a few things you should do, first turn in the quests you received earlier in Aldella plain to Tobu for your rewards. Now if you’ve gather 10 Azpha earlier in the plain, you can now accept a new quest call ” Azpha For Health And Wellbeing” from Nobekk, and then complete it, if you did not gather 10 Azpha earlier don’t worry it’s not a big deal, you can always gather them later and complete the quest. You should speak to Boromer for “Thinking Ahead’, you should also speak to Kaindal, Urg, Nobekk, and Barcorerk for 4 other quests.
[Campaign]Thinking Ahead – Obtain 4 Grain Sacks from Sprigg Village in Lake Tunapre area, report back to Boromer. Go and hunt 6 Sprigg Gathers, and report back to Boromer again for your rewards.
[Campaign]The Search for Rae – In Munihele Forest speak to Dabi located near the enterance of the forest, Dadi ask you to speak with Verdandi, follow the road South and you’ll see a little house with fence around it she is standing outside. After speaking with Verandi, she ask you to go hunt 7 Whitefood Daru, do that and go back to Verandi, she then ask you to go collect 1 Spore Sac(Spore sacs look like mushroom that are growing out of trees look around the tree stumps to find them).
Once you obtain 1 Spore sac go back to Verdandi again, she tells you about your pass, and then you have to find Rea out of a number of Ribbits. All the Ribbits look exactly the same, so to find Rea look for the one name “Cute Ribbit” instead of Ugly, there should only be one, once you find her speak to her, and then go back to Ulgorn at Aldella Village to get your rewards.
Note: Whitefoot Daru are pack mobs, although they are none aggressive mobs, but if you attack an Abex while it’s near another Whitefoot Daru that one will help and attack you as well.
The Shinier the Better - Deal with Bacorerk, go and hunt Web Slinks for 5 Slink Oil.
Idle Hands - Speak to Kaindal to begin, then report to Motgar at the Sap Farm around the Munihele Forest area.
Urd′s Request – Speak to Urd to begin, go to Lake Tunapre, and hunt Blackbeak Airon for 6 Airon Breast Feathers.
While you’re in Lake Tunapre work on the above quest find, and speak to Bolir for 2 quests.
Love in Bloom - Search Ampreh for 6 Ampreh Flower, if you don’t know what they are look for purple flowers in the lake and click on them.
For Love of Negi -After you completed “Love in Bloom” you can begin this quest, all you have to do is deliver the Ampreh Bonquest to Negi who is right beside Bolir, then tell Bolir the result.
[Optional]Rolled Scroll - The reason this quest is optional is because, you must first get an item called “Rolled Scroll” to start the quest. The scroll drops of Blackbeak Airon but is rare, so if you do get it as a drop double click to start, and speak to Ulgron, then Linevir in the village.
Tip 2: You can also upgrade your cube at the cube artisan Shugo NPC in the village to increase you’re backpack storage slot.
Tip 3: Since you can only buy new skill books at the village, you don’t want to always go back to the village every time you reach the level to learn new skills. It is a good idea to but as many skill books as you can to save some trips.
After you completed all of the above quests that you can, head to Munihele Forest. As you enter the forest area you’ll see Motgar, and Dabi NPC standing at a crossroad, speak to them and get the following quests. Also remember Since most of the campaign quest “Searching for Rea’ takes place in the forest it is a good idea to do the quest now.
The Insect Problem – You can only get this quest from Motgar if you have completed “Idle Hands”. Hunt 10 Gooey Sylphens, or Grove Sparkies. It really doesn’t make much of a different which you choose to hunt.
Token of a Lost Love - Speak to Dabi, hunt Arma Snuffler till you find a Shiny SIlver Ring(It can be rare).
Sap for Leather -You actually have to be level 5 to start this, so get to level 5 speak to Dabi, then just deliver something to Dalor back at the Village.
[Optional]The Lost Axe – To start this quest you must first get an Old Scroll drop from White Foot Daru. Once you obtain the scroll double click to start the quest, go and find an Iron Axe stuck on a tree by Daru Spring. After some cut scene speak to the old man Gunghelm he is going to ask you 3 quest and depends on how you answer them the reward you get is different. For the best result/reward use the following answers: Gold Axe – Not yours, Silver Axe – Not yours, Iron Axe- Yes, it’s yours.
If you’re not level 5 yet and can’t start the Sap for Leather quest , I suggest you kill a few mobs in the area till you’re and grab the quest. Once you done all quests including “The Search for Rea” head back to Aldella village.
At the village speak to Dalor turn in “Sap for Leather” quest, and get a new quest” A Delivery of Leather”. All you have to do for the quest is deliver some leather to Denma at Anturoon Sentry Post. It is a good idea at this point to get all your skill books up till level 9 if you can, or at least level 7 then use the fly transporter and fly to Arturoon Crossing.
Once your level 6 head to Arturoon Crossing, if you’re already in the area then go to Anturoon Sentry Post which is the big tower on the map. A reminder at this point you should have all your skill books up to level 5 at least, if not go get them.
At the camp there is an optional chain quest you can work on, the reason it’s optional is because it’s pretty long and takes time up, but it does give you your first title as reward, so if you choose to complete the optional quests read below for the guide. If you’re not planning to complete those quest head south of Sentry post until you see Eyvindr Peons, and Sailors hunt them until you’re level 7.
